  • What is a Mirror Booth?
    Phoenix 360 Booths offers the elegant Mirror Booth. It is 5ft tall with a gold french frame. You can choose a red or black carpet experience. The set up comes with stanchion posts, a prop table, a sharing station and a printer, so guests can collect their 2x6 or 4x6 photos! The Mirror Booth is interactive with professional and flattering lighting. Within 48 hours after your event, we will email you a link so you can download all photos from the Mirror Booth.
  • What is a 360 spin booth?
    Phoenix 360 Booths offers the famous 360 spinner that captures you in slow motion. The platform has the capability of capturing and holding up to 3-4 people at once. We use professional lighting to make sure we capture you in the best light. You do have the option of capturing your videos with our premium props and video filters from black and white to sepia. We also provide a sharing station so guests can airdrop or text videos to themselves. Videos can be shared via social media and music may be added to showcase your best moves ! Try Instagram reels ! Within 48 hours after your event, we will email you a link so you can download all videos from the 360 booth.
  •  What is required for me to make a reservation?
    You can choose your package and begin to reserve your photo booth today! Call, text, or email us! To ensure our availability for your event date, a retainer payment of $150 is required at the time of reserving. The remaining balance can be paid anytime at least 7 days before your event. If your event gets postponed to a later date, we can apply the payment to a new date at no additional cost depending on our availability. The $150 deposit is refundable if you cancel 14 days prior to the event date. If you have paid in full and decide to cancel 72 hours prior to the event, you will be refunded the full amount, minus the deposit.
  • Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?
    Yes! Our Booth Managers are highly trained in the art of modern photo-boothing. They will arrive 60-90 minutes before your time, set up the photo booth, and assist your guests with sharing and downloading videos or taking photos. Our Booth Managers ensure everyone has a memorable experience at your event. Upon request, we may be able to set up a day or hours prior.
  • Is it really unlimited prints? How fast does it print?
    For packages of 3 hours or more, you get 100% unlimited printing. Every guest in the photo can leave with an amazing keepsake printout. We use the absolute best dye sublimation printer on the market. High quality smudge-free photos print in just seconds. You have a choice of a 2 x 6 photo strip or a 4 x 6 photo for your guests! You can also choose a keepsake print out for $75 more. Perfect for scrapbooking!
  • What kinds of props are provided by Phoenix 360 Booth?
    We’ll bring a collection of hand-selected props for you and your guests to have fun with. We have plenty of funny signs, stylish hats, and stellar glasses — just to name a few. We constantly search the world for the best props and change out our selection often. The choices will vary with the event theme and photo booth package chosen. For our 360 spin booth, we do offer the LED bubble gun and money gun!
  •  What is a personalized print design?
    We have many beautiful print design templates to choose from. You can personalize our current selection with any text or color theme you would like; just make sure you let us know. If you want to use your own logo or a fully custom template, be sure to notify us and we can work with you .
  • What size are your photo prints?
    Our mirror photo booth is capable of 4x 6 or 2 x 6 inch printouts.
  • Can you take black & white photos or videos?
    Yes we can! We print and take video in beautiful color or classic black and white. We have options for color, black & white, or both. Just make sure you let us know and we can do this for you.
  • What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?
    Our booth space requires a minimum 10' x 10' area, a minimum height of 7'11" . - The venue should have WiFi - A power outlet should be within 30 feet, and the ground must be level. - If your have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. If your event is outdoors during daylight hours (8am - 5pm), please contact us and we will work with you.
  • Where can guests access the photos and how will I receive the photos after the event?
    Within 48 hours after your event, we will email you a link so you can download all photos from the Mirror Booth or 360 Spin Booth.
